- Assist in implementing HR programs and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and follow-up actions
- Help coordinate training and development programs
- Participate in HR projects such as learning, onboarding, engagement topics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee lifecycle processes
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master degree would be preferred
- Strong interest in HR strategy, employee relations, and organizational development
- A ‘ can do attitude’ – the ability to implement and complete what have been directed to the business’ needs
- Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
