
Project Management Office (Global Supply Chain) Intern

- Work with GSC leaders to drive greater quality in project execution by developing clear visualization of key project data & assisting with insightful analysis on trends
- Implementation and management of learning reporting platform (Extract, Storage, Business Rules, Visualization)
- Work with Project / Change management experts in the ongoing development and deployment of GSC Project Management & Agile Standard Practices and tools
- Support the creation of guides, training videos and other supporting materials
- Support adoption / change management activities of GSC PMO by: a) Developing and organizing learning, live and digital events. b) Manage content and scheduling for Intranet and Learning Content Portals c) Drive social media plan to create a vibrant online project management community
- Learn to be a super user of project / change methods in order to coach and assist project managers
- Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Engineering/IT, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or related / similar
- Must have experience in Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Good to have PowerAutomate, SQL, Python, Jira and MS Project
- Knowledge of Agile or PMP project management methods / practices is a plus
