
Senior Account Manager

- Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets and performance indicators
- Spearhead new business expansion across diverse revenue streams, with focus on strategic markets and sectors targeted for brand development
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and develop revenue opportunities based on market demands
- Secure and conduct meetings with senior-level prospects, deliver executive presentations, create proposals, draft contracts, and actively network within the industry
- Successfully negotiate and finalize sales contracts in a timely manner
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments including marketing, creative, and finance teams
- Serve as a relationship builder who actively prevents organizational silos and ensures inclusive collaboration
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required
- Proven track record of 5 years+ in sales or customer-facing roles, demonstrating consistent success and professional growth
- Affinity for or background in technology and event industries
- Exceptional customer service mindset with dedication to exceeding client expectations
- Excellent communication abilities across written materials and presentations
- Proficient research capabilities to identify opportunities and market trends
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications
- Prior B2B event sales experience (especially technology market and exhibit space).
