- Manage day-to-day operations of the Corporate Actions team, ensuring all events (voluntary and mandatory) are processed accurately and within deadlines.
- Act as the primary liaison between Back Office and Frontline teams to ensure communication and smooth coordination of Corporate Action events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary while maintaining service level standards.
- Account for exceptions and ensure proper reconciliation and follow-up.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in and/or lead projects related to Corporate Actions operations, including change management and business process optimization.
- Stay up to date with market developments, industry best practises, and regulatory changes affecting Corporate Actions.
- Maintenance of static data of securities in PB system
- Providing assistance and advice on corporate action subject matters.
