You will lead by example, ensuring a high standard of technical support and customer satisfaction while fostering professional growth and close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders in the organization.The OpportunityLeads & Develops High-Performing Teams: Manages and mentors a team of Application Support Specialists, focusing on professional growth, performance, and building a collaborative, customer-focused culture.Drives Strategic Support Initiatives: Plans and executes application support activities, ensuring they align with broader business priorities.Ensures Operational Excellence: Monitors key performance metrics and implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and increase customer satisfaction.Manages Customer Relationships: Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.Facilitates Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial, clinical, and global support teams, to introduce new solutions and resolve complex issues efficiently.Delivers Technical Support & Training: Provides direct support for product demos, training, and commissioning, while also designing and delivering in-depth technical training.Acts as a Subject Matter Expert: Serves as a subject matter expert in Molecular Diagnostics, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.Recommends Tailored Solutions: Proactively assesses customer needs to recommend customized support solutions and services that drive customer loyalty.Who you areEducational Background: Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Sciences.Extensive Experience & Expertise: Possesses over five years of experience in molecular diagnostics and life sciences, with strong technical expertise in technologies like PCR, real-time PCR, and NGS.Proven Leadership: Has a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.Effective Communicator & Strategist: Combines strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strategic, customer-focused approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Project & Time Management: Exhibits excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
