In this role, you will serve as the primary technical resource for the field sales team. Your main responsibility will be to support the Adobe Digital Experience sales team and drive the growth of the Data & Insights business from a technology standpoint.
You will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and advocate for Adobe Digital Experience solutions. This role requires solution selling capabilities, value-proposition selling methodologies, strong business and selling instincts, and direct, in-person consultation with customers. The Solution Consultant must be able to articulate technology and solution positioning to both business and technical users.
Our most successful Solution Consultants take a consultative approach and are looked upon by our customers as subject matter authorities and trusted advisors. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals to build on their existing track record.What You’ll Do:Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers to uncover business requirements and technical challenges.Understand and Discover customer requirements and work with Adobe sales team to craft an appropriate strategy to close the sale.Delight customers with Adobe’s Data Solution offerings (AEP & Apps, AJO, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, etc.) by crafting and delivering solution presentations and demonstrations.Collaborate with other Solution Consultants and LOBs to build innovative and compelling solutions.Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.Provide technical, functional, and domain expertise to our customer base.Establish and grow relationships at all levels of a customer organisation.Quickly learn new technologies and translate the features into business benefits and value.Support demand generation to build pipelines.Amplify Adobe’s voice at field events such as conferences, seminars, and etc.What You’ll Need To Succeed:Minimum 5 years of pre-sales experience in Analytics, Data Science, and Digital Marketing; working experience with Adobe Data & Insights Solutions is a plus.Strong knowledge of key Web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Javascript is required. You should also be familiar with Web infrastructure technologies such as Web servers, application servers, DNS, CDNs.Knowledge of the latest trends in Martech and Adtech.Superb communication and presentation skills. Comfortable delivering presentations to large audiences as well as senior leaders.Understanding enterprise sales and processes, collaborating in a matrixed team across Adobe's sales, engineering, product, marketing, and partners.Maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and in an agile mode for the best outcome.Be creative, genuine, self-motivated and involved.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
