- Establish clear communication channels and reporting frameworks between HQ and overseas showroom teams.
- Build and maintain tools, frameworks, and practices to support scalable, consistent retail operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Operations, or related field (or equivalent).
- 0-2 years of experience in retail, operations, or related roles.
- Strong interest in retail operations and process improvement.
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator and team player, able to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Excel, Google Suite, and basic project management software.
