- Be part of the daily store operations — from managing stock and inventory to providing great customer service.
- Take ownership of your sport section: plan and execute visual merchandising layouts, track performance, and make improvements.
- Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and in-store experience.
- Use data to analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and stock movement to improve your section.
- Participate in trainings focused on both hard and soft skills — from retail operations and merchandising to teamwork and communication.
- Work alongside passionate teammates and leaders who will support your growth.
- Undergraduates or recent graduates in relevant fields.
- Passionate about sports and innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
