This role offers a front-row seat to identifying opportunities and implementing strategies across diverse business areas, keeping you challenged and constantly learning.You’ll thrive here in this role if you can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with a positive attitude. - Growth Strategy & Planning — Strategise, plan and execute business development projects that fuel our overall growth. You’ll help identify and prioritise opportunities, then work with the respective team to bring them to life.
- New Sales Channels — Take the lead in exploring and launching new online sales channels (eg. Shopee, Lazada etc.). You’ll be hands-on in making sure our brand shows up where our customers are, and that we’re always relevant in the market.
- Data-Driven Insights — Assist in collecting and analysing data from sales, customer behaviour, and campaigns to guide smarter business decisions. Your insights will help fine-tune our strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Retail & Events Development — Support the development of new retail stores and exciting offline events that bring our brand to life in the real world. Whether it’s a flagship store or a playful pop-up, you’ll help make it happen.
- Brand Expansion & Partnerships — Support our management team in growing the brand through sales, marketing, branding campaigns, advertising, community engagement and meaningful partnerships — both locally and regionally. You’ll also help nurture relationships with brand distributors and support expansion beyond Singapore.
- Team Support — Be ready to jump in where needed — from brainstorming new initiatives to assisting with campaign rollouts. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure our business moves forward in sync.
- Experience – 2+ years in business development, project management, or a related field (bonus if it’s in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce). No experience required for internship.
- Creative Problem-Solver – You love thinking on your feet and finding smart, creative solutions to tricky problems. You stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented – Excellent time management and laser-sharp attention to detail are your strengths. You take pride in producing high-quality work that’s organised and reliable—even when juggling multiple tasks.
