Skills required for the job:
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering with experience in electronics industrial
- Minimum 10 years working experience in PCBA manufacturing process is a MUST
- Experience in reading gerber
- Experience in Bill of Materials
- Experience in liaising with customer

- Responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering matters.
- Key contact to customer on engineering matters.
- Serve as Process Consultant to factory
- Work closely with factory on productivity, evaluate cause of problem and cost improvement
- Responsible for Product Transfer to factory (Batam) that include product training
- Responsible to source for special equipment/instrument to support factory
- Lead in DFM/FMEA for NPI projects
- Responsible to generate ECN and BOM
