- Perform assigned tasks to support employer meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment as documented and follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy.
- It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that their day to day activities embrace sustainability/Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.
- To adhere to all contract / site SOP’s
- Able to work and travel on both Crane Warehouse (51 Tuas view Link & 8 Jurong Pier)
- To work with any designated area of the operation as directed by site managers / supervisors
- Tasks can include but are not limited to;
o Check for damaged or missing items quarantining any items that fail the quality check for escalation and resolution
o Store goods appropriately as directed by either the WMS or direct supervisors
o Pick and pack orders for dispatch
o Move Inventory around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a fork lift truck
o Load goods for dispatch
o Maintain the WMS system accurately for all inventory receipts, movements and dispatch
o Carry out Inventory / cycle counts as directed utilizing the WMS and paper directions
o Ensure that all lifting and maneuvering of product is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
o Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
o Handle all inventory in an appropriate manner
o Work to 5S standards in order to ensure operational efficiency
- Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value
- Work in a safe manner and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
- Ability to relocate either temporarily or permanently to other facilities within Singapore to support operations
- Able to commit Overtime if needed
- Minimum Secondary 2 education / O level
- Experience 1 year in warehouse operations
- Min Forklift License (Below 5 Tons)
- Able to operate Reech Truck ( Below 2 Tons)
- Good Listener and positive attitude
