- Responsible for processing/approving of Retail Operations Parameter Maintenance service requests
- Ensure day-to-day parameter maintenance service requests are promptly & accurately authorized and processed within agreed SLA
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to review and seek clarifications on parameter change requirement to ensure timely implementation
- Perform EOD reconciliations and support investigations on parameters related production incidents when necessary
- Perform key custodian activities such as token uploads, pinpad injection, renewal of system encryption keys and passwords
- Responsible for regular and ad-hoc information for management reporting and monitoring of parameter maintenance service requests
- Develop and maintain procedures and manuals for Retail Operations Parameter maintenance
- Proactive and seek opportunities to improve service processes, minimize operational risk and reduce costs
- 5-8 years of relevant working experience in banking retail operation units will be an advantage
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Good knowledge /understanding of banking retail operation processes & system capabilities/functionalities Strong analytical skills
- Able to multi-task & possess leadership traits Diligent, meticulous and organized Ability to manage high volume and work within tight deadlines
