Today, worldwide more than 6,000 employees are working on this permanent challenge, at over 70 locations on all continents.Bruker BioSpin Group (BBIO) is the market leader in the delivery of many solutions based on magnetic resonance spectroscopy techniques including NMR, EPR and preclinical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and other modalities (duct/PET/SPECT/CT). We are looking for Sales and marketing position to grow our business in the region with our challenging goals and objectives.The Sales position will identify business opportunities by developing new prospects and interacting with existing and new customers in order to increase interest and generate opportunities for the SEA Sales team, with a focus on Singapore, Philippines and Myanmar. He/She must have a keen understanding of analytical research product offerings, ideally NMR technologies. Success in this role is linked to growth in our overall business in the SEA region.Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all BBIO sales in respective countries reporting to the SEA&TW&Oceania Director of Sales
  • Meet the quarterly and yearly target on the agreed budget plan
  • Analyze, prospect and grow the BBIO sales funnel in the right market mix, aligned with the overall BBIO strategy
  • Maintain specific sales-related information and share with the SEA team via our internal sharepoint and our CRM, SalesForce
  • Establish, develop and nurture the win-win relationships with both existing and new customers
  • Consistently and accurately update and record activities in our CRM, Salesforce, with regular activity reports for each opportunity to manage and forecast our business
  • Actively be part of our specific marketing activities such as roadshow, conference and workshop
  • Clearly understand the sales process in respective countries from both government and private sector
  • Explore and build the needs and expectations of Customers and provide relevant solutions within the BBIO product line.
  • Be proactive to keep the highest level of customer satisfaction as measured by our regular customers surveys to understand our NPS (net promoter score) as well as other KPI’s focused on customer satisfaction
  • Understand and systematically manage the product portfolio and market sales-related information both from internal and external resources
  • Fully and highly motivated to be part of the BBIO South East Asia (SEA) team built upon the trust and respect each of other
  • A willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Performing other work related tasks, as assigned by Director of Sales.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above in a related field
  • NMR or related Magnetic Resonance knowledge or at least 3 years equivalent experience
  • Excellent computer skills combined with strong digital research skills
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a strong team relationship and interactions
  • Effectively communicate, at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • As this role requires extensive (
50%) travel, the willingness and ability to travel is essential * Fluent English in reading, writing, listening and speaking
