- Lead the planning and strategizing of yearly campaigns & event calendars with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Generate revenue through tactical campaigns which includes in-store activations that drives traffic to our Castlery Flagship store.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from setting up the campaign brief, event/campaign planning, copywriting, vendors management, actual day event/campaign management and post-campaign reporting.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders, as well as external stakeholders and vendors.
- Stay on top of industry, competitors, and customer behavior trends to ensure that we are always generating new campaign concepts and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management or sale campaign management role.
- Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actions
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjusting to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Passionate, with a sense of curiosity
- Experience in running events end-to-end.
