  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with bank customers and branch staff to drive insurance referrals and long-term engagement.
  • Act as a key liaison between the bank and insurance provider, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide personalized service by understanding clients’ financial goals and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to review their coverage, address concerns, and identify opportunities for policy enhancements or new products.
2. Advisory & Compliance
  • Deliver professional and ethical financial advice aligned with clients’ needs and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with MAS regulations and internal policies, including proper documentation and disclosure practices.
  • Stay current with industry developments, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant advice.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity and transparency in all client interactions and sales processes.
