
Executive, Programme & Community Partnership (Volunteer Management)

- Managing all elements of volunteering within the organization
- Recruitment of volunteers
- Identify ways to sustain and improve partnered initiatives to build relationships to support the department's needs
- Able to develop and maintain networks and partnerships with various community partners
- Monitor, evaluate, and accredit volunteers
- Track and update records and maintain a database of volunteers and partners to ensure critical information is captured for timely submission
- Plan, organize, and roll out activities and programs accordingly to support resident's social needs
- Provide support in any other tasks as assigned
- May be required to work on Saturdays whenever required
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines
- Minimum 2 years experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore
- Hands-on experience in a community partnership role
- Good knowledge of the geriatrics and community services
- Sales Experience will be useful and welcome
- People-oriented, willing to work on the ground, and a passion to serve
- Ability to work with all levels and good people skills with a go-getter attitude.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Resourceful in problem-solving and resilient in overcoming challenges
- Able to effectively work under tight deadlines and possess strong projects/events management skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications - Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Google Drive
