Taking an inclusive approach, we leverage on the community to activate mutual help through social connections and inclusiveness with the aim of empowering the low-income and vulnerable families while developing the full potential of the next generation for transformative change.Job DescriptionVolunteer Management & Partnership Executive (Part-time, Contract)Roles & Responsibilities:The part-time contract staff will support the Volunteer Management & Partnerships portfolio with the following key responsibilities:Volunteer Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support outreach, screening, and onboarding of new volunteers
  • Match volunteers to suitable programmes and maintain volunteer records
Volunteer Communication & Engagement
  • Coordinate communications with volunteers (e.g. briefings, reminders, updates)
  • Address volunteer enquiries and concerns
Programme Volunteer Deployment
  • Liaise with internal teams to fulfil volunteer needs (e.g. Growth Collective, House Cleaning)
  • Track attendance and deployment schedules
Volunteer Events & Engagement Activities
  • Assist in planning and executing appreciation events and engagement sessions
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for these events
Administration & Data Entry
  • Maintain accurate volunteer databases and records
  • Ensure timely tracking of attendance and deployment
Partner Communication
  • Liaise with community and corporate partners involved in volunteer initiatives
  • Provide role briefs and coordinate logistics for group activities
Data Reporting
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly volunteer reports
  • Collate data for internal tracking and stakeholder reporting
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Social Sciences, Community Engagement, Communications)
  • Prior experience in volunteer management, community engagement, or programme coordination preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organised, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of volunteers and community stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite; familiarity with volunteer management platforms is a bonus
Remuneration:
  • Period: Mid-September 2025 to End-January 2026
  • Commitment: Up to 18 hours per week (spread across 2–3 days)
  • Hourly Rate: $15/hour
