Join the Snowflake team.We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to help us scale a high performing Sales Development Team of the best talent, exceed pipeline goals and prepare SDRs to become the best future Account Executives in the region.YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:Have 6 to 8 years of leadership experience with a track record of excellence leading high performing, pipeline generation, and closing organizations in a fast-growing high technology companyAre excited by attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining world-class talent early in their Sales and Management careersFeel a deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for your workAre strategic enough to build a team, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basisHave a reputation with cross-functional teams as being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliableHave an obsession with being data-driven, highly analytical, lead through influence, are a structured thinkerThink big by working to achieve a deep understanding of predictable revenue models, mastery of sales development, and value selling practices as well as leadership philosophy and developmentFluency in both English and Mandarin, as you will be working on both local and international accountsWHAT YOU'LL DO:Scale and manage a high-performing team of SDRs who consistently overachieve on aggressive goals and will become future AEs and managers at SnowflakeOwn and drive execution of Snowflake’s new business pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top of the funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influenced across different segmentsShape deep partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations and Enablement teams to successfully collaborate on new marketing campaigns and field events, meet stretch pipeline goals, optimize your business for efficiency, accelerating ramp time to productivity, and ensure your team has a crisp understanding of Snowflake domain knowledgeAttract, hire, develop, and retain world-class SDR talentBuild and coach high-performing SDRs to the next high-performing Corporate Account ExecutivesLeads through inspiration, service leadership, Snowflake values with a “Leaders Eat Last” and “Results-Driven’ approachSupport our team culture by working in the office 2-3 days a week (this means you'll have to live within commuting distance of the office you'll be working in)Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
