- Independently review and assess credit applications related to financial institutions, submitted by business units, and prepare concise yet comprehensive executive summaries to seek approval from relevant authorities.
- Manage and maintain the accuracy of credit monitoring system registrations and databases; instruct business units to update data as necessary.
- Develop appropriate action plans for credits at risk of deterioration to minimize credit costs.
- Conduct credit portfolio analysis to monitor and proactively manage credit exposures related to large-scale companies, in coordination with relevant teams and departments.
- Discuss potential deal directions with business units in adherence to head office credit policies and credit appetite.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Note: Initial approval authority is not granted but may be considered in the future based on performance and experience.
- Experience in credit analysis / credit approval department of financial institutions, rating agencies, or similar organizations
- Strong credit analysis and due diligence skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise credit recommendations.
- Ability to summarize and explain credit recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to work effectively as a team player.
- Diligent, responsible, and takes ownership of their work.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
