- Drive business growth through proactive business development efforts and effective management or key client accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for clients’ hiring needs.
- Execute the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for diverse client requirements.
- Maintain strong rapport and lasting relationship with candidates and clients.
- Communicate with suitable candidates to prepare them for the role’s hiring process.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing client base to pursue new business prospects.
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- No prior experience is required as on the job training will be provided.
- Sales driven personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess CEI Certification is an added advantage.
