- Understand Operation business needs and translate into technical requirement
- To manage and handle ServiceNow Platform for customer project.
- To apply ServiceNow software patches.
- To support post implementation tasks including, troubleshooting, administration, patching and upgrades.
- To work with stakeholders and recommend best practices in areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Diploma /Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT field
- At least 1 year of experience with implementation and / or support of ServiceNow / ITIL
- Preferably 1 or more years of experience in IT industry, with hands-on experience in ground up implementation and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linus (RHEL), Windows Server 2029
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python,etc
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good people management skill
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Able to work after office hours if required
