VP, Asset Management (Infra/ Renewables)

• Based in Singapore
• Leading buyside firm
• 100% Asset Management role (non-Investment) - Must have Renewable Energy/ Infra sector knowledge, and decent financial modelling skills/ technicals

• Actively oversee portfolio companies of the firm across APAC region
• Assist in the maximization of value through working with Asset Managers
• Consolidation of valuation and analysis across portfolio companies to produce insightful information to support initiative generation and decision making
• Coordinate annual business planning processes, review performance improvement initiatives and programs
• Monthly and quarterly internal update reports to management regarding each business, comparing actual results against annual and long-term business plans
• Collect information, analyze and prepare materials in support of the development and execution of exit strategies for each portfolio company to realize optimum returns
• Work with the deal team to be a key contributor to the platform due diligence for specific investment opportunities
• Participate in operational reviews including site visits; validate operating cost and capital expenditure assumptions
• Identify value creation opportunities, leveraging benchmarks across existing portfolio companies

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant Investment/ Asset or portfolio management experience in Renewable Energy or Infrastructure
• Professional, positive attitude and capable of contributing to a dynamic and team-oriented culture
• Direct and insightful in approach, possess the interpersonal skills to quickly gain the respect and support from all stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
• Good business maturity in interactions
