  • Be responsible to lead the effective implementation of Sanofi Global Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) Strategy in Sanofi Singapore and as head for the MCO (multi-country organization), across different global business units (Pharma, Sanofi Vaccines and Consumer Health Care) operating on the markets directly or through third parties.
  • Be the single point of contact for the MCO Council on EBI matters across the GBUs and functions in the MCO Perimeter
  • People leadership for the EBI MCO team, set priorities, coach and develop team members.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, you will have an overview of all Sanofi businesses, working in close partnership with Management to enable a sustainable business growth while ensuring proper Third-Party risk management.
  • Work cross-functionally to foster accountability and design solutions for patients.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement, areas and domains of potential vulnerabilities, inefficient or ineffective processes and partner with Global Business Units management to optimize the processes in compliance with company’s values, Code of Conduct and ethics and business integrity principles.
  • Communicate clearly and strengthen understanding of E&BI priorities for the Sanofi Group
  • Ensure, with the EBI team members, that the implementation of global policies/standards/best practices is done timely and appropriately in the MCO, in compliance with local regulations and Sanofi E&BI standards.
  • Ensure that EBI training, awareness and communication campaigns are deployed to the targeted audiences.
  • Steer and measure the efficacy of the EBI program in order to identify its strengths and areas of improvements, Recommend and follow action plans with the Global Business Units Heads and country chairs.
  • Partner with MCO management and country EBI heads for designing and implementing corrective actions in order to solve deviation and deficiencies, and to prevent the occurrence of similar cases in the future.
  • Provide advice in support to the business and global functions for ensuring appropriate decision making regarding their business strategies, projects and initiatives. Solves complex Ethics and Business Integrity issues that may potentially have a significant impact on Company’s reputation.
  • Report potential violations of laws, regulations, rules, policies and Company’s procedures and participate to investigations on requests of the Global Ethics & Business Integrity team.
  • Participate to the elaboration and implementation of specific Ethics & Business Integrity programs for country/MCO territory or for specific entities / contributes to Ethics & Business Integrity local, regional and global projects.
  • Ensure that MCO Ethics & Business Integrity Committee is held regularly and effectively, covering all matters having a major impact on Sanofi’s ethics and business integrity program in the territory .
  • Collaborate with other Sanofi assurance functions for better risk management and translate monitoring findings into actionable items with appropriate follow up on corrective actions implementation.
About you:Experience:
  • Experience as Compliance Officer or similar position, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in successfully working in multicultural environments with cross functional collaboration, Knowledge of anti-corruption requirements, knowledge of pharmaceutical industry self-regulation, general knowledge of sanctions and data privacy
  • Soft & technical skills:
  • Strategic thinking, people leadership, strong communication capabilities / team player, growth mindset, relationship and influence skills.
