- Support the Reporting Officer and HOD in managing clinical planning aspects of the redevelopment, including:
- Strategic and functional service planning for hospital departments.
- Workflow integration, clinical adjacency planning, and user requirements consolidation.
- Clinical service models documentation, budgeting inputs, and timeline tracking.
- Coordination of clinical stakeholder inputs from hospital departments and NUHS cluster
- Assist in the long-term service and infrastructure planning aligned with hospital redevelopment milestones, ensuring incorporation of:
- Clinical care models, service adjacencies, and patient flow considerations.
- NUHS cluster-wide strategies and national healthcare priorities.
- Work collaboratively with clinical stakeholders including heads of departments, operations teams, and external partners (MOH, consultants, cluster planning offices).
- Facilitate multidisciplinary clinical planning workshops, design charrettes, and validation sessions.
- Provide secretariat support for clinical planning committees and user workgroups, ensuring timely follow-up, issue tracking, and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain structured documentation such as:
- Functional Design Briefs (FDBs).
- Clinical service requirement documents
- Meeting records, decisions, and reference documents.
- Conduct horizon scanning of national and international trends in clinical service delivery, models of care, and medical technology integration.
- Translate findings into planning implications and identify potential enablers or constraints for the hospital's future operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer or HOD, including support for operational readiness, commissioning activities, and organizational change initiatives related to clinical services transition.
- Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or biomedical related.
- At least 3 to 6 years working experience in clinical operations, hospital redevelopment, healthcare service planning, or health system transformation projects.
- Candidates with exposure to service planning, clinical workflow design, or planning/commissioning of clinical facilities will have an advantage.
- Excellent planning, analytical, quantitative and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently or in a team.
