- Provide and configure cloud infrastructure using Azure and related technologies
- Support day-to-day cloud operations, including monitoring, resource tagging, and maintenance
- Participate in the setup and automation of project deployments and critical maintenance tasks
- Maintain cloud-based projects and staging environments
- Document cloud configurations, processes, and internal tools to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing
- Apply cloud best practices to optimize performance and security
- Collaborate with the End User Computing (EUC) team to understand user requirements and ensure effective cloud solutions
- Participate and maintain various AWS and Azure platforms
- Understand how to support scalable and secure internet-facing platforms
- Perform scripting and automation techniques in Azure to enhance operational efficiency
- Gain exposure to containerization and monitoring tools to understand their application in cloud environments
- Learn to provision and manage virtual machines, storage buckets, and cloud functions, along with their respective support
- Understand how cloud resources are deployed and interact with each other
- Explore identity and access management in a public cloud setting
- Support the development and execution of automation pipelines for provisioning and deployment
- Learn how to set up alerts and dashboards for cloud resources to monitor performance and usage
- Learn strategies to optimize cloud resources in terms of cost and usage efficiency
- Troubleshoot real-world cloud infrastructure issues to develop problem-solving skills
- Learn to secure, monitor, and optimize cloud platforms effectively
- Document technical processes and assist in the adoption of internal tools
- Navigate real cloud environments to gain practical experience
- Gain exposure to enterprise tools and participate in real projects to enhance learning
- Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
- A strong enthusiasm for cloud technology and infrastructure support
- A proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
- Ability to assess complex issues, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively
