Because we believe that banking is about people.ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible for the administration of the regional share plans (Restricted Share Plan and Employee Share Purchase Plan) and as a cover for Global Mobility, which include the following:· Work closely with the Rewards team and external share administration vendor to process and monitor share awards and Employee Share Purchase Plan activities, including grants and grant agreements, vesting of share awards, and employee terminations· Collaborate with Group Finance/Tax/Payroll team on share compensation matters, including annual reporting, cross charging of cost, annual income tax reporting etc· Generate reports and perform analysis to track share plan activity, monitor performance, and support decision-making by management and stakeholders· Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing assistance and guidance on share plan inquiries, transactions, and related matters· Provide support for annual audits and interface with internal and external auditors and assist to maintain process documentation for internal compliance· Assist with maintaining database integrity, and ensure accuracy of records of share plan participants, transactions, vesting schedules, and other pertinent information· Work closely with country HR teams to support and manage the tracking of mobility arrangements (including the preparation of mobility costing, mobility letters, initiating mobility related payments/benefits)· Collaborate with both internal Group Finance and payroll team on mobility compensation matters (including reimbursement/payment matters)· Liaise with external Tax consultant on income tax filing matters for mobility employees· Liaise with Corporate housing agent on housing matters for mobility employees· Undertake projects as assignedRequirements· Diploma or Degree holder· Min 6 years’ experience in HR Shared Services, experience in global mobility management and share administration will be advantageous· Proficiency in MS Office Applications· Knowledge of Singapore tax laws and regulations will be an added advantage· Sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidential information· Team player with strong interpersonal and communication and analytical skill· Highly self-motivated, innovative, resourceful and independentApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
