Project ManagerThe Project Manager plans projects and takes ownership of the successful implementation and achievement of project objectives.Responsibilities:Responsible for defining and documenting project scopes, objectives, plans and deliverables to ensure the completion of project deliverables according to required standards and client expectations.Defines project resources, manages project progress, and facilitates interaction and tasks of various parties to reduce the risk of overall failure.He/she develops and identifies advances/opportunities in project management to improve timely delivery of projects and efficient use of resources.Manage project cost and profitability management and manage project revenue forecastingSubcontractor management with WHS (safety)Mitigate project risksHandle all customer related enquiries and will be single point of contact for the projectQualifications & Experience:Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Engineering with experience in Buildings/IT domainAt least 8 years of relevant project management experienceAble to manage multiple projects and able to work under pressure to meet deadlinesStrong and clear communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
