- Lead the Strategic Accounts team in Singapore to achieve and exceed revenue, retention, and performance targets through strategic direction and coaching.
- Develop and execute departmental sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Drive consultative selling excellence, including oversight of key product demos, presentations, and tender responses
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring commercially sound agreements in line with company policy
- Champion customer retention and expansion by reinforcing value propositions and solution differentiation
- Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver an integrated and customer-centric experience
- Set and monitor standards for client interaction quality and frequency to strengthen competitive positioning
- Provide strategic input into market planning and product development initiatives.
- Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform decision-making
- Oversee portfolio planning and pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment to strategic goals
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including team compliance with Salesforce and internal reporting standards
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales with minimum of 8 years of experience in a people management
- Domain expertise in AML, KYC, Compliance and Risk management within the banking and financial services sector will be highly advantageous
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales or account management teams
- Strong track record in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts
- Excellent relationship-building skills with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and business alignment skills.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, marketing, and operations
- Solid understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asia market landscape
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) with strong pipeline and reporting discipline
