
Head of Strategic Planning & Enterprise Risk

- Lead the development and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management framework across global operations, ensuring sound risk governance and controls.
- Identify, assess, and report on enterprise and project-level risks impacting strategic growth and long-term value creation.
- Drive commercial assurance across key business activities, providing insights into risk-reward trade-offs and supporting strategic investment decisions.
- Partner with business and support units to lead process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and control.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments for capital projects and transformation programs, presenting findings to senior leadership and governance bodies.
- Collaborate across functions and regions with internal stakeholders and external partners including consultants and financial institutions.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; relevant professional certifications preferred.
- At least 10 years' experience in enterprise risk management, audit, or related functions in asset-intensive or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000), and investment evaluation.
- Proven ability to lead and influence in complex, matrixed international environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
