HR Generalist (Energy Sector)

• Permanent role, Full-time opportunity
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Partner with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment.
• Handle employee matters across the lifecycle, including onboarding, movements, and exit processes.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions to improve recruitment workflows, HR processes, and employee experience.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects - from process streamlining to workforce initiatives and beyond.

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on HR operations experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Organised, adaptable, and excited to take on HR projects that create real impact.
