
HR Generalist Intern

- Support onboarding logistics such as preparing offer letters, collecting documents, and coordinating new hire orientations
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Help organize internal engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and HR-related events
- Assist in preparing presentations, training decks, or internal communications
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, surveys, or team projects
- Contribute to employer branding efforts for internal culture (e.g., content for internal channels, event coverage)
- Support ad hoc HR projects such as policy reviews, process improvements, or culture-building campaigns
- Take part in weekly team meetings and collaborate across departments as needed
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Strong communicator with great attention to detail and time management
- Enjoys working with people and building meaningful connections
- Proactive, organized, and open to feedback
- Familiar with Google Workspace; Canva is a bonus
- Interested in startups, culture-building, and purposeful work
- Exposure to founders, clients, and hiring decision-makers from Day 1.
