- Develop and execute strategies to win new clients in the financial services, fund administration, and technology sectors.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct proactive outreach and networking to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposals to close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- At least 8 years experience in business development and account management from fund administration, private equity or technology platforms serving fund houses/PE (mandatory).
- Proven track record in hunting new business and farming existing accounts.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a desire to lead and mentor.
- Strong commercial acumen and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
