- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Support recruitment campaigns such as campus hiring, job fairs, and talent networking events
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress in the ATS
- Coordinate recruitment-related assessments or tasks
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract candidates (e.g., social media content, recruitment materials)
- Assist with recruitment metrics tracking and reporting
- Participate in weekly recruitment meetings and brainstorm ways to improve hiring processes
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
- Curious about recruitment strategies and market trends
- Familiar with Google Workspace; LinkedIn Recruiter or Canva is a plus
- Interested in startups, hiring strategies, and impactful work
- Exposure to founders, clients, and hiring decision-makers from Day 1.
