In Group Operations, we managethe majority ofthe Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.ResponsibilitiesAbout the roleThis role is crucial for driving the transformation of our Wealth Management Operations across multiple countries. The Project Manager will play a key role in implementing the Target Operating Model across various investment products, segments, and geographic locations. This involves leading initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency, elevating client experience, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving digital transformation and automation. Success requires strong stakeholder management skills across the bank, and the ability to lead change and support Wealth Management growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong control mindset, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects within a fast-paced, international environment.Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Regional Wealth Management Operations to drive and implement the Target Operating Model for Wealth Management Operations across different investment products, segments, and countries.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across different countries, including business and technology partners, ensuring alignment and buy-in on key initiatives. This includes proactively engaging with stakeholders outside of operations to understand their needs and perspectives within their specific regions.
  • Design and implement end-to-end operating processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the Wealth Management Operations function.
  • Lead and manage change effectively across multiple countries, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations, in support of Wealth Management business development goals.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve client experience, and ensure regulatory compliance by leveraging digital transformation and automation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within tight deadlines, accounting for the complexities of working across different time zones and cultures.
  • Support the Head of Regional Wealth Management Operations in monitoring adherence to policies, processes, and controls across all international locations.
  • Facilitate discussions on risk and control issues, ensuring gaps are identified, addressed, and best practices are shared across all countries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree 10 years of relevant project management or consulting experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking Operations, ideally with experience working across different locations.
  • Proven ability to leverage understanding of investment products and related operational chains.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change effectively with demonstrated success in designing and implementing end-to-end operational processes.
  • Proven ability to prepare and manage project schedules, delivering results under pressure, while coordinating activities across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex stakeholder relationships, both within and outside of operations, including influencing and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present to a diverse audience.
  • Decisive and solution-oriented, possessing strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, and analyse significant amount of information and dataset necessary to support business cases.
  • Strong control mindset with meticulous attention to details and the ability to identify key issues, root causes and proposed solutions to strengthen operational resiliency.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development of new skills and techniques.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
