- Strategise and develop system roadmap and implementation plans.
- Work closely with various airport stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop business cases for projects considering aspects such as return on investments and customer service benefits.
- Work with internal technical teams and lead vendors to propose overall technical solutions and key performance indicators to measure success
- Perform proper project and change management to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.
- Lead and manage 24/7 operations, maintenance, compliance and renewal of our Airport IT systems to support airport operations. Candidates who are cognizant with industry best practices are preferred.
- Manage IT operations and performance of IT systems (both on-premise and hosted on the cloud) to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Perform, review and enhance business and IT processes as part of the continuous improvement effort.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in the related technical domains and industry.
- The candidate shall be competent in cloud services, networking and servers.
- Certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Project Management (e.g. CITPM PMP, Prince2) is preferred.
- Possesses strong analytical skills to define risk, identify potential threats, and develop action/mitigation plans.
- Possesses organisational and project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to manage/work with contractors for project implementation and system maintenance and support works, which include inculcating awareness of current and emerging cybersecurity threats.
- Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility, good at discovering and solving problems.
