Job DescriptionRolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. We continually pioneer integrated power and propulsion solutions to deliver cleaner, safer and more competitive power.Summary of the role:The Order Management Team is responsible for all the order processing for the engine overhauls by the workshop and ensure that all orders can be turn into cash on time. We work closely with stakeholders from the workshop, technical and the parts and logistics teams to ensure the parts offered are correct and arrive in a timely manner to meet the overhaul needs. We also interface closely with the customer to address their needs and concerns in relation to their engines in the workshop. In addition, we support the finance department in ensuring timely payment by the customers.Responsibilities:Support in identifying gaps in the business processes, propose improvement and IT solutioning to increase efficiency.Perform order management functions for service repair orders under your charge and monitor for their timely delivery status and job completion.Proactively engaged in key customers activities and provide solutions that are meaningful.Aid daily operations including cash management / billing plan tracking.Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures in shared folders for reference purpose and engage in process improvements when required.Support Order Management Team in ad-hoc cases.Requirements:University students majoring in Business/Engineering.Analytical and problem-solving skills combined with flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels with positive working attitude.Knowledge on SAP (Sales & Distribution Module) will be an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Motivated and organised / detail oriented.Must be able to work in Tukang (Jurong) office.What we Offer:A dynamic and challenging work environment.A company committed to developing you personally and professionally.A vibrant and international team committed to diversity and inclusion.Responsibility from day one in a fast growing and global company.ProgrammeOperations Management (Corp Intern)Job Posting Date 28 Mar 2024; 00:03
