Order Fulfilment (Global e-Commerce) Intern

• Monitor the order tracking process and ensure order are processed in accordance with fulfillment SOP
• Perform replenishment shipment to regional warehouse(s) in accordance to inventory replenishment strategy
• Perform sales & marketing / support & replacement shipments to partners or end consumers
• Review and perform order rectification prior to shipment status
• Respond to issues ticketing systems pertaining to order related queries
• Responsible for SAP inventory reconciliation against warehouse(s)
• Manage return merchandise in warehouse(s)
• Establish, monitor and manage service providers to ensure resource optimization in various aspects
• Co-ordinate with relevant parties on excess and obsolescence inventory dispositions to minimize company’s risk
• Maintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the Management team

• Intern will get to acquire knowledge on Supply Chain (End-to-End Order Fulfilment, Operational Logistics & Customer Service).
• Intern will also learn data analysis and reporting.

• Fresh Grad or Undergrad majoring in supply chain is preferred
• Able to commit to at least 6 months internship
• Attention to detail is critical
• Strong and proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask – working on multiple cases at the same time
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict timelines
• Able to excel and strive in a fast-paced environment
