- Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a positive first impression
- Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations when needed
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist in managing reservations, walk-ins, and table turnover
- Support with table settings, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle basic guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary
- Participate in outlet events, tastings, and lifestyle activations when required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive, positive attitude
- Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest interactions
- Ability to commit for at least 3 months (longer preferred)
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Hands-on experience in a premium dining and lifestyle setting
- Mentorship from experienced hospitality professionals
- Exposure to brand-driven events and guest engagement strategies
- Staff meals, perks, and networking opportunities within the BYD ecosystem
- A solid foundation for a future career in F&B, hospitality, or customer experience
