- Be fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants
- Drive growth through increasing the share of wallet, cross-selling & upselling, bringing valuable insights, and building strong relationships with key contacts
- Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders, and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience
- Work and collaborate with colleagues in the Global Nuvei Team
- At least 8+ years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Understanding of payments is a big plus
- You're a high-energy, dynamic, hands-on self-starter with a proven commercial edge and entrepreneurial drive
- You enjoy working in uncertain situations, and you can deal with ambiguity
- You're an excellent communicator who can build relations at all levels
- You have good analytical skills
- You are a very detailed person
- You can work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English
- Travel required (~10%
