As a HR/Recruitment Internship, you’ll help coordinate recruitment efforts, engage candidates, and support onboarding activities.Key Responsibilities:Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activitiesScreen resumes and support candidate outreachMaintain and update recruitment databases and reportsSupport onboarding and documentation for new hiresAssist in employer branding projects and career eventsRequirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and organizedAble to work in a fast-paced, team environmentPrior HR/recruitment experience is a bonus (but not a must!)Why Join DKO?
