- Drive the Recruitment Process: Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting ideal candidates.
- Coordinate Seamless Interviews: Take full responsibility for coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
- Manage Job Postings: Oversee job board advertisements, ensuring all posted vacancies are current and accurately reflect hiring needs.
- Build Talent Networks: Create and maintain networks of potential passive candidates for future roles through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Support Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Contribute to improving the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Pursuing Excellence: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resource or related field.
- Tech-Savvy Individual: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Communication Maestros: Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with effective communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Keen eye for detail and excels in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work well in a team, maintaining a positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.
