Operating from Singapore, it supports strategic growth through tailored solutions in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and operational excellence-backed by a global workforce and a strong alliance ecosystem.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implement data governance frameworks and policies.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as MAS, BCBS 239, and APAC-specific guidelines.Partner with business and IT teams to oversee data quality, metadata, and data lineage.Use tools like Collibra and Alteryx to support governance initiatives and automate reporting.Maintain documentation for Key Data Elements (KDEs), data flows, and governance procedures.Coordinate governance efforts across regions and projects to ensure consistency.JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in data governance or data management within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MAS and BCBS 239.
  • Experience with Collibra or Alteryx, and familiarity with KDE, metadata, or regulatory reporting automation is a plus.
