- Support the preparation of risk assessment reports and presentation materials.
- Assist in documenting incident reports and maintaining accurate incident logs.
- Support the compilation of information required for insurance claims.
- Help track the status of incident resolution and claims progression.
- Support in system enhancement for incident reporting portal (ServiceNow)
- Assist in the review and update of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) documentation.
- Support the coordination and logistics for BCP exercises and training sessions for BC Coordinators.
- Help compile and organise BCM-related data and reports.
- Support the development of data inventory maps and data flow documentation.
- Support the update of Data Governance-related policies.
- Assist in preparing materials for the Data Governance Committee meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation of PDPA awareness materials, such as the annual quiz and relevant case studies (non-compliance due to people, process, and third-party breaches).
- Support for system enhancement for data breach incidents on the incident reporting portal.
- Gain practical exposure to a wide range of risk, compliance, and data protection functions within a healthcare setting.
- Develop a foundational understanding of key regulatory frameworks (PDPA, HIB, etc.) and industry best practices.
- Enhance analytical, research, organisational, and communication skills.
- Work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to impactful organisational initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Good academic performance.
- Demonstrated interest in risk management, compliance, data protection, or incident management.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work with little supervision and as a team.
