Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the safety consulting and training sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and innovation in products and services.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance and market dynamics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand, build relationships, and generate leads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the safety consulting and training industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen business acumen and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
