Campaign Ambassador (island wide) (3-4 days)

• Engage with members of the public at various locations to promote the SG Culture Pass campaign

• Guide users through the redemption process

• Provide information about participating arts & heritage institutions and current exhibitions/programmes

• Assist visitors with Q&A on SG Culture Pass

• Collect feedback from users and report common issues or suggestions

• Any other ad-hoc roadshows

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic digital literacy and familiarity with mobile applications

• Able to work weekends
