- Manage campaigns and initiatives end-to-end, from setting up the campaign brief, planning, copywriting, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather strategies and ensure a successful campaign launch
- Deep dive into conversion metrics to identify opportunities and optimisation points to drive growth
- Optimise and set-up all onsite marketing touch-points eg. banners, landing pages, product detail page, product ranking, product recommendations
- Support onsite marketing calendar planning and content strategy
- Build customers' confidence in our brand and products through reviews and customers user-generated content
- Conduct A/B tests to improve customer journeys and onsite experiences
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and recommend next steps.
- Interest in planning and executing campaigns and managing customer journeys on the website.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptable and able to balance changing priorities with both short-term tasks and long-term strategic initiatives.
