Field Supervisor (Formwork Industry)

• Provides on-site instruction in the assembly, application and cycling of company’s forming systems.
• Identifies the best solution to meet customer needs while ensuring safety and productivity standards are met.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of concrete forming products.
• Develops best practices in regards to the safe construction and application of company’s forming systems.
• Assists with the erection of forming equipment on job site; handles irregularities as needed. Consistently reviews and ensures product safety guidelines are met. Helps customer with cycling procedures of formwork.

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma or equivalent, plus minimum of 5 years foreman or superintendent experience or with Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree.
• General construction knowledge along with ability to read and interpret blueprints desired.
• Good communication, decision making, and leadership skills required.
• Needs to have a passion for construction and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude. Demonstrates the ability to answer technical questions.
• Must be able to perform high levels of customer service while ensuring full satisfaction when equipment is delivered.
