- Work directly with sales team, application engineers and solution partners to exceed yearly sales targets.
- Enables sales team by identifying and developing business opportunities, providing information and support for the sales force.
- Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentation
- Pre-sales duties include providing pricing information, communicating schedule changes and product enhancements.
- Post-sales duties include researching status of customers’ orders, resolving shipping, scheduling, and prioritization challenges.
- Perform short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines.
- Collaborate closely with field team to fight and win against competitors in the region.
- Be the Factory interface for all deals and discount management, to maintain top line sales targets
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, and custom application
- Experience in factory automation and big data analytics will be useful
- Proven good business judgment and working experience in developing new markets
- Able to work independently and at the same time demonstrate good teamwork behavior to work across different functions and regions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and goal-oriented.
