- Build and optimize core operational processes including reporting, appeals, enforcement transparency, and creator education to strengthen user trust.
- Support product strategy execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, policy, data, operations) to deliver scalable solutions.
- Collect and analyze user feedback and data performance, documenting best practices and continuously improving user experience.
- Lead or support cross-team communication for high-priority projects to ensure timely alignment and issue resolution.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of product operations or related experience in Internet companies, with strong skills in process design, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- User-centered mindset with the ability to translate complex trust & safety issues into actionable operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Excellent communication skills and resilience under pressure.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or creator ecosystem operations.
- Familiarity with reporting, appeals, and enforcement workflows.
- Background in user education, transparency operations, or creator community management.
- Passion for user trust, online safety, and improving platform experience.
