
Product Manager, Account Integrity, Platform Responsibility

- Define and execute product strategy for creator protection and safety experiences, with a focus on transparency, fairness, and usability.
- Build intuitive workflows for reporting, appeals, and creator education to strengthen trust in platform safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, operations, policy, and data science) to develop scalable solutions.
- Establish clear success metrics, evaluate user feedback, and use data insights to continuously optimize the safety experience across user journeys.
- Lead cross-team discussions to ensure alignment and timely delivery of high-impact projects.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of product management in Internet companies, or related experience. Have a deep understanding of internet products, strong execution ability, and good stress resistance.
- Strong user-centered mindset with proven ability to translate complex safety needs into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and structured problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or creator experience.
- Familiarity with enforcement workflows (e.g., reporting, penalties, appeals).
